The Word of the Lord in the book of Joel 2:28-29 says "And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour our my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit."
Alisha Banner has answered the call that God gave her in a vision opening a scroll which read: The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek: he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified. Is 61:1-3
It is upon the Rhema Word of God that Alisha Banner has accepted the call to move by the Spirit of the Lord to go forth into the marketplace to minister and bring deliverance to a people in need of a savior, no other than Jesus Christ. It is through the redemptive work of Jesus Christ crucified and resurrected on the third day that we have been redeemed from the law of poverty, sickness, & death.
